Job summary

The Williams F1 Team is seeking an Electronics and Control Systems Procurement Specialist responsible for raising and managing purchase orders for electronic components, wiring looms, sensors and control systems hardware, ensuring engineering specs are communicated and purchase requirements properly authorised.

You will expedite deliveries, manage non-conformances, conduct supplier term checks, lead tenders, and develop a strategic supplier base while ensuring traceability and obsolescence

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience in fast-changing engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics components, wiring looms, sensors or PCBs is desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders for electronics components and control systems hardware.
• Expedite deliveries and maintain timely delivery status with suppliers.
• Perform supplier commercial checks on terms and conditions.
• Lead tender processes for electronics and control systems commodities.
• Develop strategic supplier base to deliver best value.
• Support continuous improvement and obsolescence management within the team.
