Temp to Perm Senior Electrician (QS Experience) – Solar PV / MCS Compliance
Location: Swansea / Bridgend
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start: Immediate

Valoris Group is working in partnership with a growing renewable energy contractor who urgently require a Senior Electrician with QS experience to support their Solar PV division.

This is a critical role focused on MCS compliance and quality sign-off. The successful candidate will attend site, inspect completed installations, work alongside the SS, and help clear an existing backlog of jobs so the business can lift their current MCS suspension.

This role is initially offered on a contract basis with a clear pathway into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend Solar PV sites to inspect completed installations
• Work alongside the SS to sign off compliance and quality
• Act as the named person for MCS documentation and certification
• Ensure all installations meet MCS and industry standards
• Support internal compliance processes and quality assuranceRemain hands-on where required as a Senior Electrician

Essential Experience

• Fully qualified Electrician
• Strong Solar PV installation background
• Previous QS or compliance responsibility within renewables
• Solid understanding of MCS requirements and certification
• Ability to manage inspections, paperwork, and technical sign-off
• Professional and confident in client-facing environments
