A growing renewable energy contractor in Wales is seeking a Senior Electrician with QS experience to join their Solar PV division. The role involves inspecting completed installations for MCS compliance, signing off on quality, and managing documentation. This position starts on a temporary basis with a clear pathway to permanent employment, offering a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000. A company van and tools will be provided, along with a fuel card for personal use.

Qualifications

• Strong Solar PV installation background is essential.
• Experience in QS or compliance responsibilities within the renewables sector.
• Solid understanding of MCS requirements and certification necessary.

Responsibilities

• Attend Solar PV sites to inspect completed installations.
• Work alongside the SS to sign off compliance and quality.
• Act as the named person for MCS documentation and certification.
