Job summary

Winberry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to support a growing renewable energy division operating across Reading, Swindon and the surrounding areas.

You will audit installations, review certification, support engineers, carry out site inspections and ensure work is completed safely and compliantly. A Full UK Driving Licence and strong testing/certification experience are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation is required.
• AM2 certification is essential.
• ECS/JIB Gold Card held.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing experience is required.
• Strong testing and certification experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Audit installations to verify compliance with standards.
• Review certification documentation and test results.
• Support engineers in site activities and audits.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure works are completed safely and in line with regulations.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical QS or senior electrical professional looking to step into a key technical compliance role.

You'll be responsible for auditing installations, reviewing certification, supporting engineers, carrying out site inspections and ensuring work is completed safely and compliantly.

Working closely with operational teams, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining standards across a busy and expanding renewables division.
