Job summary

Convert Energy Ltd requires an Electrical Site Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of solar PV projects. You will manage the electrical scope from inception to completion, supervise site engineers and subcontractors, and ensure all work complies with RAMS and current regulations.

You will test and commission AC/DC systems, document outcomes, report weekly progress, and liaise with clients to ensure timely delivery of sites ranging from small Southeast projects to nationwide

Qualifications

Extensive experience installing and commissioning solar PV systems.
Able to manage electrical installations from inception to completion.
Experience supervising site engineers and subcontractors.
Proficient in commissioning routines and certification tests.
Knowledge of MCS/NAPIT accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

Lead on installation of commercial solar PV projects and supervise the on-site team.
Test, commission and certify AC/DC systems and battery connections.
Prepare progress reports and maintain client communications.
Ensure compliance with design docs, RAMS and current regs.
Coordinate with PM to plan materials, access and schedules.
