Job summary

Accelerated People Management Ltd. is hiring an Electrical Site Supervisor in Maidstone to lead commercial and industrial Solar PV installations. The role is hands-on and requires taking ownership on site while guiding engineers and performing electrical works.

You will install Solar PV systems, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues on rooftop and ground-mounted projects. Drive safety, quality, and timely completion on each site with travel across Kent and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Proven experience installing commercial & industrial Solar PV systems.
NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition and relevant electrical qualifications.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to cover Kent & M25.

Responsibilities

Lead from the front by carrying out commercial Solar PV installations across rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
Act as the lead technical person on site, providing guidance and support to engineers and resolving installation or electrical issues.
Install containment, connect string inverters and complete associated electrical works while overseeing the wider installation.
Carry out testing, inspection, fault finding and commissioning to high standards and safety.
