Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor / Electrical QS (Solar) to own electrical compliance, sign-off and certification for a UK-wide portfolio of solar PV works. The role offers autonomy within a growing specialist solar maintenance business, with training, progression and strong technical support.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3) with 18th Edition and 2391, ECS Gold Card, and solid Solar PV experience.

Qualifications

Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3) with 18th Edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing.
Strong Solar PV experience and ECS Gold Card.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of electrical compliance, certification and technical standards across solar PV works.
Inspection, testing and sign-off including certification and reporting.
Support and supervise engineers/subcontractors with technical guidance and fault finding.
Carry out site audits and quality checks to ensure standards (NAPIT/MCS where applicable).
UK-wide travel as required (autonomous working pattern).
