A market leading M&E building services engineering contractor are currently hiring a Senior Electrical Project Engineer in accordance with a landmark commercial office shell & core development with a project value circa £100 million. The business is recognised for delivering complex M&E design and installation services to the commercial office, data centre, education, hotel & leisure, pharmaceutical and super prime residential sectors. Following successful business growth and a very exciting five-year forecast, an upcoming opening has arisen for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead one of London’s iconic construction projects. Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend pre-tender meetings.
• Oversee preconstruction & procurement processes.
• Management of site personnel (including schedule of works).
• Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely & efficient manner.
• Commercial acumen, regularly liaising with the internal commercial team with regards to costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, third party subcontractors and internal teams.
• Build & maintain relationships with clients & supply chain.
• MEP project management & site coordination.
• Ensure HSE standards are adhered too.

• Provide support to estimating, procurement, commercial & operational construction teams.
• Preconstruction engineering activities including design development and highlighting areas of risk.
