Job summary

Crown House Technologies (CHT), part of the Laing O\'Rourke Group, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for an Oxford-based project. The role focuses on delivering efficient, high-quality MEP installations, coordinating with the Project Management and engineering teams to meet defined cost, time and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience on fast-track MEP projects (MEP value £15m–£100m+).
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of the project lifecycle from concept to handover, ensuring quality, time and cost targets.
• Manage budget, outputs, and reporting to the M&E Project Lead.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; implement safety standards and zero-tolerance policies.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team on a project n Oxford. Here you will ensure that all installations are carried out with the maximum efficiency and to the highest quality and to the company's standard on all key issues, co-ordinating with the Project Management team and engineering team to ensure successful M&E delivery to a defined cost, time and quality requirements.

Key Deliverables and Accountabilities

• Previous project managementexperience of fast-track data centres; major hospitals; prisons; science; stadia; and high rise commercial & residential (MEP value of £15m – 100m+).
• Responsible for delivering in a safe and efficient manner, covering all stages of the project life cycle (conception to handover).
• Responsible for budget and output performance and reporting to the M&E Project Lead.
• Accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the project life cycle including design, construction, commissioning and hand over to the Client, all in compliance with: agreed commercial criteria, milestone dates including contract commencement and completion dates, current Health and Safety legislation including CDM Regulations
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Implement Safety Management Systems and personally set the standard of zero tolerance of unsafe practices and occurrences.
• Create an environment for exceptional team performance.
• Ensure the teams, roles, skills and behaviour are aligned with the LOR objectives and project requirements.
• Able to demonstrate an extensive track record of project/businessdelivery within the construction or related industries
• A strong technical capability in applying construction methods and optimising the use of construction plant and equipment.
• Ability to drive a large-scale project
