Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a single-site role near Henfield, West Sussex. You will fault find on electrical and mechanical equipment, manage conveyors and machinery, and carry out installation work and SOP training.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00, with excellent training and a strong benefits package. The successful candidate will be a senior team member, mentoring technicians and junior engineers as the team grows in 2027, with

Qualifications

• Experience in fault finding on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with conveyors and machinery preferable.
• Willing to train and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding on a range of electrical & mechanical equipment.
• Maintenance and installation work as required.
• Mentor technicians and junior engineers when needed.
• Administrative duties related to maintenance activities.
