Zusammenfassung

PRS Engineering is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias for a Hatfield, Hertfordshire site. The role focuses on electrical maintenance of material handling equipment, fault finding on PLCs, and carrying out planned maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.

You will be on-site five days a week, with shift patterns: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday, to ensure equipment uptime and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified and time-served technician with strong electrical background.
• Experience fault finding and rectification in a demanding production environment.
• Experience with PLCs is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Electrical maintenance of material handling equipment.
• PLC and three-phase fault finding and testing.
• Respond promptly to machine faults and perform planned maintenance.
• Maintain machinery and equipment to high standards.
• Identify and rectify defects promptly.
• Support facilities when required.
• Complete time sheets, task sheets, and manage stock control.
• Order consumables and handle administrative tasks.
