MBDA seeks an Electrical Integration Architect to lead the integration of electrical interfaces between the weapon system and its equipment, ensuring alignment of design, performance and constraints across suppliers. The role focuses on owning system-level requirements and delivering a coherent, compliant, high-performing system.

You will manage SOWs, spearhead technical reviews, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to drive delivery, verification and acceptance while maintaining electrical

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering and integration of complex products.
• Experience with electrical integration, power distribution or equipment design.
• Experience with external suppliers and technical delivery packages.
• Familiarity with verification, validation and certification processes.
• Experience with technical documentation and configuration management tools.
• Practical understanding of electrical systems (wiring, power, interfaces).

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical interface between the weapon system and Design Authorities.
• Ensure electrical compatibility and integrity between subsystems and overall architecture.
• Support system-level integration, verification and acceptance of equipment.
• Define, manage and mature electrical requirements across the lifecycle.
• Own and manage Statements of Work for equipment suppliers.
• Lead technical reviews and milestone gates with suppliers.
• Monitor delivery against cost, schedule, performance and quality targets.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
• Identify and manage technical risks with mitigation strategies.
• Decide on reuse vs. new design within programme constraints.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and certification requirements.
