Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Estimator or Senior Electrical Estimator.
• Experience estimating commercial building services projects.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates and tenders from initial enquiry through to submission.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documents.
• Produce accurate material, labour, plant and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify risks, exclusions, qualifications and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain estimating records and assist handover to project teams.
