Job summary

Egis Transport Solutions in the UK seeks a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join the MEPHFC Design Team, focusing on tunnels and highways projects. You will design HV/LV electrical services, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver designs autonomously across feasibility to as-built stages.

The role includes design reviews, client presentations, and on-site support during construction, with opportunities to work on international projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience in tunnels and highways electrical design and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of high voltage, low voltage and electrical building services design.
• Good knowledge of British Standards and Regulations for tunnels/highways.
• Experience delivering projects across all design stages.

Responsibilities

• Develop HV/LV electrical designs and building services coordination.
• Produce reports, specifications, drawings, calculations.
• Lead design reviews and ensure safety compliance.
• Support feasibility through to As Built stages.
• Provide on-site design support during construction, testing and commissioning.
