Job summary

BRUSH Group seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead development and implementation of compliant electrical strategies on diverse projects, including healthcare. You will present evidence and calculations for renewable and low-energy solutions, working with multi-discipline teams in a client-facing capacity.

The role supports hybrid working (3 days office, 2 at home) and requires collaboration with associates and directors to drive technical excellence and innovative delivery.

Qualifications

• HNC or degree qualification in electrical/building services.
• Chartered Engineer status or awaiting confirmation after submission.
• Professional membership of relevant institute (CIBSE, IET, IMechE, IHEEM).
• Proven electrical building services design experience across multiple sectors, including healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical system designs and specifications with calculations.
• Act as project leader and mentor team members.
• Perform technical reviews/audits of designs by others.
• Produce technical reports and site surveys.
• Coordinate with external and internal design teams.
• Drive practice improvements and new work practices.
