Qualifications

- Ability to interpret customer specs and docs.
- Experience with industrial control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering activities on complex capital equipment projects.
- Develop control philosophies from P&ID documentation.
- Produce electrical calculations including cable sizing and motor sizing.
- Create I/O schedules and electrical specifications.
- Specify instrumentation, PLC hardware and electrical equipment.
- Review and approve technical documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Mentor junior engineers and manage workload priorities.
