Job summary

Randox Laboratories seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Engineering Design team in Antrim. You will own end-to-end design, development and delivery of new automation systems, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and reliability standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, review designs and drive innovative automation solutions across platforms, sensors, actuators and robotics, ensuring scalable and compliant implementations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end design, development and delivery of automation systems.
• Experience leading projects and acting as technical authority.
• Ability to review and approve design work and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver new automation systems for lab automation.
• Prototype, test and validate to meet regulatory and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, software, manufacturing engineering, purchasing and quality.
• Support productisation of internal automation solutions for external markets.
