Job summary
Outsource UK, a global advanced engineering and technology organisation, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary product development team. You will design electrical modules and sub-assemblies, support modifications, document validation, and drive technical delivery throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities include designing sub-assemblies, supporting customisation, verifying designs via calculations and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet
Qualifications
- An electrical engineering degree or similar qualification.
- Experience within product development or engineering design environments.
- Knowledge of design for manufacture/assembly.
- Experience using CAD and engineering drawing tools.
- Understanding of schematics, system diagrams, or P&IDs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing electrical sub-assemblies and systems.
- Supporting product customisation and development projects.
- Verifying designs through calculation and testing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver projects to quality, cost, and timescale targets.
