Job summary

Urenco UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Capenhurst site to lead electrical design for FEED and basic design of new builds and modifications. You will guide CPT design standards, supervise external providers, and ensure safety practices align with industry standards.

You will also contribute to the safety culture, coordinate with the Design Engineering Excellence Centre, and be prepared to travel internationally on a regular basis to support project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Specialist in electrical design and power systems with senior-level expertise.
Experience implementing quality management in design and production processes.

Responsibilities

Lead FEED and basic design for new builds or modifications.
Oversee CPT electrical design standards and safety practices.
Provide guidance to third-party engineering providers.
Coordinate international travel to Urenco sites to support projects.
