Job summary

Heated Mechanical Services Ltd is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Project Manager for a major infrastructure project in West London. The role requires ownership of electrical packages from design to handover and close-out, with close collaboration with construction, commercial and client teams.

You will lead the electrical team, review drawings and design information, coordinate with other disciplines and manage subcontractors, suppliers and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Manage and coordinate electrical packages from design and planning through to installation, testing and handover.
• Provide technical leadership to the electrical construction team.
• Review drawings, specifications and design information for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil and other disciplines.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers including procurement support.
• Monitor programme, milestones and progress of electrical work.
• Ensure installations comply with project specs and standards.
• Support procurement, variations and package performance with the commercial team.
• Attend design, coordination and progress meetings.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and close-out activities.
• Assist in bringing O&M documentation to close.
• Maintain strong client and project team relationships.
• Support health and safety engagement on site.

Responsibilities

An experienced Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Project Manager is required to join a leading M&E contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in West London. This is a senior delivery position requiring a technically strong electrical professional who can take ownership of electrical packages and work closely with the construction, engineering, commercial and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
