Job summary

Heated Mechanical Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead on-site delivery for a major infrastructure project in West London.

You will manage electrical installation works, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and programme adherence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or Electrical Site Manager.
• Strong electrical building services or infrastructure experience.
• Experience delivering sizeable and technically challenging projects.
• Good understanding of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site labour.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil and other construction disciplines.
• Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or issues.
• Manage RAMS, permits, inspections and site documentation.
• Attend coordination, progress and construction meetings.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider delivery team.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
• Ensure installations comply with project specifications and relevant industry standards.

An experienced Electrical Construction Manager is required to join a leading M&E contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Construction Manager with strong site delivery experience to take responsibility for electrical works within a technically demanding, large-scale construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
