Heated Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join a major infrastructure project in West London. You will lead on-site electrical delivery, manage subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and programme adherence.

The role requires strong reading of drawings, RAMS and permits, coordination with mechanical and civil teams, and a commitment to site safety and standards. Hybrid working options and a competitive package are available.

Qualifications

Experience as Electrical Construction Manager or Electrical Site Manager.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
Experience delivering sizeable, technically challenging projects.
Good understanding of health & safety and site management procedures.
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work packages.
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of electrical installation works on site.
Coordinate electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site labour.
Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
Review drawings, specifications and installation requirements.
Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil and other construction disciplines.
Monitor progress against programme and identify potential delays or issues.
Manage RAMS, permits, inspections and site documentation.
Attend coordination, progress and construction meetings.
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider delivery team.
Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
Ensure installations comply with project specifications and relevant industry standards.

An experienced Electrical Construction Manager is required to join a leading M&E contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Construction Manager with strong site delivery experience to take responsibility for electrical works within a technically demanding, large-scale construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
