Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London is seeking a Engineer/Senior Engineer with 2–3 years post-qualification experience to join a team of nine professionals in the West End.

You will work on technical due diligence, dilapidations, life cycle and asset verification surveys across office and real estate portfolios. The role involves managing client and project teams, delivering surveys and reports from inception to completion with minimal supervision, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Engineer with solid commercial surveying exposure is preferred.
• Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, life safety and public health installations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with professional client engagement.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams across multiple projects within a West End portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of building services engineering within London Engineering Consultancy.
• Manage client and project teams to deliver high-quality reports and surveys on time.
• Undertake technical due diligence, dilapidations, life cycle planning and asset verification.
• Prepare performance specifications, run tender processes and support refurbishment projects.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE policies and quality management procedures.
