Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing Building Services Consultancy based in Liverpool. The company has experienced continuous growth since its inception, initially focusing on the Residential sector, with project values typically ranging from £5M to £20M. The firm now handles a wider variety of projects across multiple sectors and locations including Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, and London.

The role involves detailed design work, primarily at RIBA Stages 3-5, and on-site solution delivery during later project phases. Experience with Revit is highly advantageous, as all projects are designed digitally.

Key responsibilities include managing projects through the design process, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring project delivery within scope and budget. Experience in pre-construction and construction phases is preferred, though prior contracting experience is not mandatory.
