SSE Renewables has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical Engineering Team, supporting the delivery of some of the largest and most ambitious onshore and offshore wind projects across the UK and Europe.
As a key member of the team, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering major renewable generation projects across both development and construction phases. Working at the forefront of the energy transition, you'll be responsible for electrical engineering deliverables spanning the full project lifecycle - from early-stage electrical system design through to offshore and onshore substations, grid connection infrastructure, wind turbines, power system studies and support in grid compliance process.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a portfolio of industry-leading onshore and offshore wind development, helping drive innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence across our growing portfolio.
You'll also champion value and innovation within the team, identifying and implementing new technologies, engineering solutions, and best practices that improve asset performance, optimise project delivery, and reduce lifecycle costs.
