Moveatech Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Associate Electrical Design Engineer to lead our Building Services team. You will drive technically excellent design, mentor graduates and build strong client relationships, shaping projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.
• Extensive experience delivering electrical building services projects.
• Strong knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations and industry guidance.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships.
• Experience mentoring engineers and graduates.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project finances.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical engineering delivery on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop strong client relationships as trusted adviser and primary contact.
• Lead project meetings, workshops and technical discussions with clients and design teams.
• Provide technical leadership and QA for electrical design deliverables.
• Mentor graduates and engineers, support chartership, plan resources, and provide day-to-day guidance. Support Cambridge Building Services growth.
• Identify and secure new opportunities through existing client relationships and business development.
• Contribute to fee proposals, project planning, risk management and financial performance while promoting innovation and digital delivery.
