Qualifications
- Degree or HNC in Building Services/Electrical Engineering.
- Substantial experience in a senior engineering role.
- Commitment to professional development, ideally working towards MCIBSE.
- Confidence in conducting electrical surveys, defect analysis, and feasibility reporting.
- High-quality electrical designs and documentation across RIBA stages.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the area.
Responsibilities
- Electrical condition surveys.
- Electrical design from concept to detail.
- Project management and contract administration.
- Providing early-stage design advice and technical consultancy.
- Managing complex workloads and promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Deliver smart, cost-effective solutions meeting client expectations.
- Advising on health & safety, fire safety, and sustainability, ensuring CDM compliance.
