Qualifications

• B.Eng or M.Eng in electrical engineering or related field.
• Chartered Engineer status or demonstrating equivalent.
• Experience leading electrical services on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to mentor graduate engineers.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to lead electrical work on large projects and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of electrical elements across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Perform design and calculations using industry software.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Develop schedules and report on project deliverables.
• Monitor budgets and project profitability.
