Job summary

MWH Treatment Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior EICA Engineer to join our engineering team. Based at Maple Lodge or Hampton with hybrid working and regular site visits, you will lead EICA/Electrical design, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

You will coordinate design work, produce diagrams and drawings, manage staff, develop procedures, and maintain records while delivering cost-effective solutions for turnkey and engineering contracts.

Qualifications

• Understanding of electrical systems.
• Knowledge of water and sewage treatment processes.
• Experience managing staff on water/sewage treatment projects.
• Full membership of a professional engineering institution.
• Driving licence.
• Ability to present technical proposals clearly.

Responsibilities

• Produce design layouts and single line diagrams for electrical systems.
• Coordinate designs with all disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
• Prepare design documents and drawings for contracts.
• Provide estimates and feedback for proposals department.
• Develop and monitor departmental procedures and processes.
• Assist in developing and improving procedures.
• Maintain design records and project files.
• Support staff development and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and environmental considerations.
