MWH Treatment Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior EICA Engineer to join our engineering team. Based at Maple Lodge or Hampton with hybrid working and regular site visits, you will lead EICA/Electrical design, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
You will coordinate design work, produce diagrams and drawings, manage staff, develop procedures, and maintain records while delivering cost-effective solutions for turnkey and engineering contracts.
We arelooking to strengthen our engineering team with a Senior EICA Engineerbased at Maple Lodge or Hampton, hybrid working available with an expectation to attend sites on a regular basis.
You will report directly to the RDL and your role will be toprovide superior quality EICA/Electrical Engineering Design services to allow the company to minimise risks and maximise profits on turnkey and engineering services contracts. You will co-ordinate the design and produce design documents and drawings taking due account of health and safety requirements, specifications and standards pertaining to the contract.
EssentialUnderstanding of electrical systems.Understand the principles of water and sewage treatment.Have experience of managing members of staff in designing relevant discipline aspects of water and sewage treatment plantsFull Membership of a professional institution, chartered or nearing chartership.Preferable: - relevant discipline Engineering degreeMinimum:- relevant discipline Engineering HND with extensive suitable experience.Ability to rationalise designs and produce economic plant layoutsGood general knowledge of all aspects of water treatment, e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering and project managementA flexible mind, with the ability to assimilate large amounts of different data at one timeAbility to present technical proposals clearly, confidently and convincinglyComputer literacyDriving licenseDesirable:Chartered Engineer status.Relevant Engineering Master's Degree
