Job summary

Southern Water in Falmer is seeking a Senior EICA Engineer to provide technical leadership across a portfolio of water and wastewater projects, delivering critical infrastructure while supporting environmental objectives.

You will lead the development of engineering solutions, review designs and reports, mentor junior engineers and ensure delivery meets safety, regulatory and quality standards. This permanent role requires 37 hours per week.

As a senior member of the team, you'll lead the development of engineering solutions, manage the production of high-quality design deliverables and provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle. You'll influence project outcomes, mentor junior engineers and drive innovation while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
