Southern Water in Falmer is seeking an EICA Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will provide technical expertise across electrical, instrumentation, control and automation disciplines to support the design and delivery of vital infrastructure upgrades in water and wastewater assets.

You will work within a multidisciplinary environment to produce and review designs, perform engineering analyses, resolve challenging issues and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to high

Qualificações

• Degree or HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience on water/wastewater engineering projects.
• Broad understanding of EICA engineering principles and design processes.
• Strong communication within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and apply engineering judgement.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental best practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical engineering support across water and wastewater projects.
• Produce, review, and check engineering designs, calculations, drawings and documentation.
• Support planning and delivery with Senior and Principal Engineers.
• Investigate and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Undertake QA checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Support development and implementation of digital engineering solutions.
• Coach and mentor Assistant and Graduate Engineers.
• Manage workload to meet milestones, budgets and delivery times.
• Build relationships within multidisciplinary teams and participate in project meetings.
• Ensure activities are safe and compliant with regulatory requirements.
