The role emphasizes independent judgment, budget awareness, and collaboration with stakeholders across disciplines. You will mentor engineers, drive schedules, and promote sustainability throughout the lifecycle of multi-million-pound schemes.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of engineering experience, including project leadership and technical oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred).
• Incorporated/Chartered Membership of a Professional Engineering Institution.
• CSCS Card or SHEA Water Qualification.
• EUSR Water Hygiene Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Leads tasks and projects of moderately complex scope or major project components.
• Develops EICA specifications, drawings, and project documents.
• Reviews project documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
• Assists upper-level management as technical specialist or advisor.
