Job summary

Trant Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior EICA Design Engineer to play a key role in project delivery teams. The role requires independent judgment, advanced problem-solving, and leadership to manage complex projects and guide technical teams.

You will oversee scopes, schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with standards and promote sustainability throughout the project lifecycle, while engaging diverse stakeholders and representing the organization professionally.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of engineering experience with project leadership and technical oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master’s desirable.
• Incorporated/Chartered membership of a Professional Engineering Institution; CSCS/SHEA Water qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Independently applies extensive EICA engineering principles across broad assignments.
• Leads tasks on major projects or multiple projects of moderate scope with complex features.
• Develops EICA specifications, drawings and project documents; reviews for compliance and quality.
