Job summary

Trant Engineering Ltd is seeking a Senior EICA Design Engineer to apply extensive engineering knowledge across complex projects and lead technical teams in the UK. You will oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with standards, while promoting sustainability throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the delivery of high-value EPC solutions for national infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Essential Higher Education (NVQ+)
• Desirable Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred)
• Incorporated/Chartered Membership of a Professional Engineering Institution
• CSCS Card or SHEA Water Qualification
• EUSR Water Hygiene Qualification
• Experience Typically 7+ years of engineering experience, including project leadership and technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Leads tasks and projects of moderately complex scope or major project components.
• Develops EICA specifications, drawings, and other project documents.
• Reviews project documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
• Formulates solutions for unconventional engineering problems.
• Oversees scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure delivery on time.
