Job summary

Trant Engineering is seeking a Senior EICA Design Engineer to lead and shape the delivery of complex projects across the UK. The role involves applying extensive engineering knowledge, managing scopes, schedules and budgets, and guiding technical teams through design development and documentation.

Qualifications

• Essential: Higher Education (NVQ+).
• Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (Masters preferred).
• Incorporated/Chartered Membership of a Professional Engineering Institution.
• CSCS Card or SHEA Water Qualification.
• EUSR Water Hygiene Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scopes, schedules and budgets for design projects.
• Lead technical teams and provide guidance as a senior engineer.
• Develop EICA specifications, drawings and project documents.
• Review project documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
• Promote sustainability principles throughout the design lifecycle.

Education

Higher Education (NVQ+)
