Job summary
Jacobs is seeking an EIA Consultant to join our Environmental Planning team. You will be involved in environmental assessment and consenting workstreams, collaborating with planners, engineers, and environmental specialists to influence project outcomes across major UK infrastructure projects.
You’ll contribute strategic advice to clients, deliver EIAs, and support multidisciplinary teams while benefiting from hybrid working arrangements and career progression opportunities within a global
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and environmental coordination for clients.
- Knowledge of UK environmental legislation and planning frameworks.
- Degree or master's qualification in a relevant environmental, planning or scientific discipline.
- Commercial experience delivering EIAs for clients.
Responsibilities
- Work with planners, engineers, environmental specialists and technical experts from early feasibility to consent and delivery.
- Provide strategic advice to clients and contribute to successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support environmental planning across projects.
