Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, EHS S Moreton to lead site safety initiatives at our Moreton, UK site. This role focuses on programme delivery across COSHH, culture, risk, training, governance, emergency preparedness and inspections.

You will own day-to-day EHSS leadership, drive continuous improvement, and report to the Director of Site Operations & EHS with a strong focus on delivering real safety outcomes for the site and its people.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS experience in regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• COSHH and Chemical Safety end-to-end ownership, with robust risk management and governance.
