Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is recruiting an Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Coordinator for the Moreton site in the UK. You will manage safety systems and incident reporting, ensuring learnings drive improvements across the site.

You will own platforms such as Intelex, Velocity, Ergopoint and SuccessFactors, maintain training content, and shape safety communications, ESG reporting, and contractor safety programs within the EHSS team.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive safety culture through systems and data.
• Strong communication across levels to promote safety.
• Comfort with enterprise safety platforms and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident and near-miss reporting and investigations.
• Ensure corrective actions are tracked to completion using Intelex.
• Maintain training content and EHS documentation platforms.
• Lead ergonomics scheduling and contractor safety programs.
• Support ESG reporting and safety communications across the site.
