Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior Manager, EHSS for its Moreton, UK site. You will own end-to-end COSHH, culture and risk management, reporting to the Director of Site Operations & EHS.

You’ll shape the training framework, govern SOPs, and lead data-driven safety initiatives at a regulated facility. We seek a seasoned EHS leader with 10+ years in regulated environments, NEBOSH Diploma (or Level 6), and professional Chartered status or ongoing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory or industrial environments.
• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6) preferred; General Certificate minimum.
• Chartered status with IOSH/IEMA/BOHS, or actively working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end COSHH and chemical safety across the site.
• Drive safety culture and performance improvements.
• Shape risk assessment framework for site-wide hazards.
• Build and manage the training framework to keep staff competent and safe.
• Governance and SOP enforcement as standard-bearer for site processes.
• Lead emergency preparedness and on-site inspections; drive data-led improvements.
