Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Principal Trainer to join the Administrative Applications team. You will design and deliver training packages for staff on the One Devon Epic EPR, partnering with clinical, operational and admin colleagues across three acute trusts in Devon.

You will teach adult learners to use technology safely and confidently, travel between Devon sites as required, and occasional evenings/weekends around upgrade windows.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital transformation, adult learning and supporting staff to use technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training packages for the One Devon EPR to support clinical transformation.
• Work with clinical, operational and admin colleagues across the three acute trusts in the One Devon Implementation Team.
• Help ensure Epic is implemented in a clinically and financially sustainable way across Devon.
• Teach adult learners to use technology safely and confidently.
• Travel to sites across Devon as required.
• Work occasional evenings and weekends, particularly around upgrades.
