Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Principal Trainer in Administrative Applications to lead training for the One Devon Acutes EPR across Devon. You will work with clinical, operational and admin colleagues from multiple trusts to ensure Epic is implemented to support sustainable care.

The role requires travel across Devon, Monday–Friday, with potential evenings/weekends around upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training packages for clinical IT systems.
• Collaboration with clinical, operational and admin colleagues across multiple trusts.
• Willingness to travel across Devon and work occasional evenings/weekends around upgrades.
• Sphinx test during shortlisting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate training for the One Devon EPR implementation.
• Work with colleagues across Royal Devon, Torbay and South Devon, and University Hospitals Plymouth.
• Support transformation of clinical pathways through Epic implementation.
