Job summary

Hull City Council’s Educational Psychology Service is seeking a Senior Educational Psychologist to lead the development of the core offer to the Early Years Sector and to provide data analysis for monitoring and evaluation. You will manage a team, supervise EPs, and support CPD initiatives while aligning with SEND reforms and city-wide partnership working.

You will engage with multi-agency partners, attend meetings, and ensure high standards of practice and safeguarding across Hull City Council

Qualifications

• Qualified educational psychologist registered with the HCPC.
• Significant experience in current role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Hull City Psychological Service’s core offer to the Early Years Sector.
• Provide data to monitor and evaluate work.
• Deliver service development plans and evaluate effectiveness.
• Provide regular professional supervision and CPD planning.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance educational provision and safety.
