Job summary

Hull City Council is seeking a Senior Educational Psychologist to manage the Service’s Experts at Hand offer and lead in delivering early years psychology services. The role involves cross-system collaboration, data reporting, and driving CPD and service development across Hull.

You will support supervision, oversee an induction program, and ensure high professional standards while promoting safeguarding and partnership working within the Children and Young People’s Services.

Qualifications

• Qualified educational psychologists registered with HCPC.
• Significant experience in the current role is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on development and delivery of Hull City Psychological Service's core offer to the Early Years Sector.
• Provide data to monitor and evaluate work.
• Promote psychological knowledge to improve outcomes for pre-school children.
• Deliver service development plans and evaluate effectiveness of service delivery.
• Provide regular professional/line management supervision for EPs.
