Hull City Council is seeking an experienced SEND Standards and Inclusion Lead to drive citywide improvements in SEND provision and inclusive practice across educational settings.

You will lead strategic development, support Headteachers, Governors and SENCOs, and ensure compliance with Children and Families Act 2014, SEND Code of Practice, and Equality Act 2010, while strengthening graduated response and early intervention.

Competenze

• Experience leading SEND improvements across educational settings.
• Ability to challenge and support Headteachers and Governors.
• Knowledge of SEND reforms and statutory duties under the Education Acts.

Mansioni

• Lead citywide approaches to improving SEND standards and inclusive provision.
• Develop and evaluate improvement strategies to reduce barriers to participation and achievement.
• Coordinate SENCO networks and multi-agency collaboration.
• Produce reports and strategic briefings for senior leaders.
