Nottinghamshire County Council invites an experienced Senior Educational Psychologist to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will lead the expanding Educational Psychology Service, collaborating across schools and partners to deliver statutory duties with a focus on inclusion and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experienced Educational Psychologist with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to apply psychology to inclusion of vulnerable children and looked-after children.
• Proven track record in collaborative leadership and strategic service development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the expanding Educational Psychology Service.
• Offer leadership, support and guidance to the Educational Psychology Service.
• Deliver statutory duties and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead strategic projects across the Local Area SEND Partnership and joint working.
• Provide regular psychological supervision within a supportive Senior Leadership Team.
• Contribute to workforce development and continuous professional learning.
