Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Limited is seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to operate UK-wide with remote or hybrid options. Earn via an uncapped commission model and choose your own hours while building your own desk.

You will recruit, manage clients and win new business, leveraging an existing client base or industry relationships to maximize earnings and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' Education Recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships.
• Demonstrable success in winning new business.
• Current client base or established industry relationships.
• Confidence to generate vacancies and manage your own recruitment desk.
• Strong candidate sourcing and account management skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach.
