Job summary

The Supply Register, a managed service provider for education recruitment, is expanding its regional team in Leicestershire. Based in Leicester with hybrid working, you will serve a portfolio of schools, handling end-to-end recruitment and delivering excellent service.

Salary starts at £30k and grows with experience and skillset. You will nurture strong client relationships, manage vacancies, and build a talent pool of vetted candidates for placement across teaching and non-teaching roles.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in education recruitment.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
• Ability to solve problems and navigate challenges efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of managed service solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first port of call for recruitment queries from schools/academies in your portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Ensure excellent candidate journey for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Manage long-term and day-to-day vacancies effectively.
• Develop a robust talent pool of vetted candidates ready for placement.
• Conduct interviews with prospective candidates and coordinate with teams to meet school needs.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to meet school requirements and drive client satisfaction.
• Contribute to contract renewals through outstanding service and delivery.
• Regularly present MI data to stakeholders to demonstrate partnership success.
