Job summary

Wood is seeking a Senior Editor on a contract basis to join our Integrated Digital Operations team, primarily based in Aberdeen, supporting a diverse portfolio of global projects.

The role involves coordinating and contributing to the production of technical documentation, planning, tracking and reporting of work. Remote or hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating production of technical documentation to client requirements, timelines and budgets.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, track and report work across projects.
• Knowledge of cost estimating for editorial projects preferred but not essential.

The role is preferably based at one of our UK hub offices; however, remote working may be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

The successful candidate will co-ordinate and contribute to the production of technical documentation in accordance with client requirements, agreed timescale, quality and budget.

The role will also include planning, co-ordination, tracking and reporting of work. Preferably, candidates will have knowledge of cost estimating for Editorial projects and an understanding of different levels of QC, although this is not essential'
