CBSbutler Holdings Limited, trading as CBSbutler, seeks an experienced Edge Enablement SME to lead the transition from edge infrastructure capability to a mature, business-ready service. You will define the service proposition, operating model, governance, processes and a consumption model to support ongoing demand.

Work across architecture, security, engineering and business stakeholders to build a scalable Edge Hosting service across sites and domains, embedding knowledge into permanent teams

Qualifications

• Significant experience transforming enterprise infrastructure to a governed service.
• Expertise in service design, operating models and governance frameworks.
• Experience with IT service management disciplines and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end Edge Hosting service, including scope, service catalogue and consumption model.
• Develop the target operating model, RACI, governance forums and escalation processes.
• Establish a repeatable factory onboarding and deployment lifecycle.
• Define service management processes for capacity, lifecycle, resilience, incidents and support.
• Translate designs into standardised edge service offerings for deployments.
• Establish governance, KPIs, SLAs and reporting to monitor maturity.
• Shape the commercial and consumption model for consistent access to edge services.
• Align Technology Foundation and security around a common service model.
• Identify gaps and develop practical plans to address them.
• Lead knowledge transfer and transition to permanent teams.
• Develop a capability roadmap for scalability and sustainability.
